But the only way to keep an eye on it all to do it right is with massive testing. Can't get it right blindfolded. In 2 months we've tested 1% of the population. That's insane. 3.5 million tests in 2+ months. We need to do double that, weekly. And it needs to be available easily, on demand and fast.

Selective quarantine. All the heavy areas stay locked down. But some counties with zero cases need to open up. And the subway and trains are they still not limiting the number of people getting on the subway? Last I seen video packed subway in NY.
