Syracuse +17 at Duke a good bet?
I'm looking to bet $500 on Syracuse +17 at Duke.
I know nothing about NCAAM basketball and I'm basing my bet on my past knowledge of Syracuse.
I see that Syracuse is NOT even ranked this year, so may be they are having a down year, but aren't they usually good with their defense?
Any opinion would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

From what I've seen in the past, which has hit 75% rate is that when Sports Insights has the opposite betting rate as the SBR betting rates, SBR betting rates win more often.
SBR bet rate is 51% on Duke and Sports Insights bet rate is 42% on Duke, so I'm saying there is 75% chance Duke covers.
What bothers me is that the line is doing RLM by moving from -17 to -16.5 when more betting is on Syracuse at Sports Insights. Obviously, I don't know where more money is bet on and I wish I did since I would just go the opposite.
KVB is on Syracuse and shocka1212 is on Duke.

Also, I check the recent history between Syracuse and Duke and Syracuse almost never lost by 17 against Duke, so what gives with that high point spread?

Duke is incredible. however they have only had a few days to prepare for the zone. do what others said and take cuse +10 first half. thats the best bet. or the under
good bet duke has virginia next so if it gets out of hand early coach k will put the bench in and cuse will get a backdoor
plus cuse lost a bad game to georgia tech last game they are due for a bounce back

It's +9.5-113 at DraftKings and I hate that bullshit with higher juice on both sides as Duke is -9.5-114. I don't understand how they could get away with higher juice on both sides like that; fukers.

Bad line your going to need that whole ten lol going to be close you would think syrcuse would cover first and full game. Thought that with Clemson also but duke killed them and refs were helping them so much it’s was a close game for a little then just like that Clemson down 20 it was crazy how quick they flipped the script.
Betting against duke 1h has been one of the easier bets this year for me to make. It’s the only college game my numbers say is worth betting. I’m hoping for 10 by tip.

The games tonight are kinda tough I kinda liking the Baylor Oklahoma state under now that it got bet up buy almost 5 points plus Baylor lost second best scorer last game. Plus you got the fact both team hang there hat on defense but just my opinion haven’t played it yet see If it goes up even more.
