    If you are looking to do bitcoin Nitrogen is probably the fastest paying. They are great cause you can cash out 24/7 7 days a week with no limits to amount of cashouts. You can deposit bet on 1 game and cashout. Most payouts in about 10 minutes sometimes a few hours. As far as non Bitcoin only books I would say youwager the fastest paying book.

    Most people use coinbase but they are awful with fees and lack of customer support. I avoid all those places because they want more info from you than a bank. Pictures i.ds utility bills pictures of you holding your i.d. all kinds of b.s. And then you usually have to wait 5 days to get the fukin bitcoins. I use localbitcoins and just buy from trusted vendors. You get the coins instantly. Many options as well gift cards , PayPal, bank deposits etc. Best way is to just deposit to someone's bank account or buy using PayPal you get the best rates. Coins are released instantly. These exchanges are ridiculous with verification procedures and they usually make you wait.
