Not me, just check any reliable set of power ratings online. Most have Minny as middle-of-the-pack team ranked in teens, suggesting their record should be better than it is, while Phoenix is toward the bottom making their record more "correct". The only thing stopping me from calling the Timberwolves underrated is the fact that they have consistently underperformed relative to their power ratings for like the last seven years. lol
