Von Miller got $70 Millions guaranteed
Thank goodness this deal finally got done. Now Miller will retire as a Hall of Famer in Denver. You can't buy Superbowl rings, and there's no guaranteed your team will ever win the Superbowl. Although this might hurt the team salary cap wise in the short run, winning Superbowl 50 thanks to Von Miller exceptional performance has no price tag on it.

Can't really blame Von or his agent...timing is everything and he's the reigning suberbowl MVP...I would have squeezed Denver with the same kind of "I'm the suberbowl MVP, f*ck you, pay me" attitude....why not? There is not doubt he had a good season last year but I wonder how negotiations would have went down if they got beat up a little bit and knocked out in there first playoff game? instead of going on to the superbowl and becoming MVP, he prob would have got 20 mil less guaranteed, again timing is everything

Yes. When he doesn't play they get no pass rush. If he plays they have to go one on one with u.c. own derek wolfe

Great deal for both sides; Miller deserves every cent, a true impact player. Elway is smart, money spent wisely.

Von Miller is widely regarded as the league's best pass rusher. In fact, his peers ranked him No. 2 behind the immortal Tom Brady on The Top 100 Players of 2017 countdown, making Miller the highest-ranked defensive player on the list.

But heading into this season, Miller has his eyes set on another prize: league sack leader, an honor currently held by Falcons pass rusher Vic Beasley. The Broncos linebacker took aim Sunday at the Super Bowl runner-up on the interwebs:
