Looking for a calculator

Does anybody know where I can find a calculator to change mlb spread from -1.5 to -1 when sports book does not offer this change?
I know you split the amount between spread and money line. Looking for something where I put in the amount, and ml total and it tells me how much to put on spread and ml.
Any thoughts?
