    Watch again - he didn't have control of it until the goal line.

    where did i say that?

    the rule needs to be changed when the ball isn't initially fielded in the end zone, but recovered there (as in this case). in such scenarios, the ball should either be brought back to where it was initially fielded, or placed half the distance to the goal line.
