    It's a bad choice.

    When you bet the +7 and the +250 ML you risk 2 units to win 3.5 units.

    When you bet the -7 and -300 you risk 4 units to win 2 units.

    I'm with you here on laying -7 with the dirty birds. Would never pay ml tho, it doesn't make sense to me.
