win/draw would probably be about -140.

Ronaldo is -120 to score during the Portugal match. Considering the vig, it's probably a pick'em there.

But really, it's too random and it's a French minor league.

Still, 34th or earlier is a better pick than the other side. I'd say 55% or a bit more.

almost took the earlier..a book offered 27 or earlier or 28 or later...i ended up taking the 35 or later...french leagues are pretty low scoring...1 goal in the first half...and it had to come in the 15th...lame

if the o/u was 27.5, and the prop was 34.5, shouldn't you have taken U34.5? (assuming the book is semi-competent)

i see 5dimes you can buy the under up to U25 -175, but the Celtics are up to -6 -101 right now

he's saying the odds indicated an earlier pick, but based on his rationale about french league, he picked later.

I couldn't find any time odds for that match. I checked on Bet365, but they didn't have any "goal" odds like they do with bigger leagues.

But previous matches from the teams indicated to me that 34th or earlier was good value, and also that it was set unusually late (most matches are over/under 27.5-29.5 or something).

Football total is up in the air.

9 minutes and change before halftime, two TDs scored (14 points).

As long as there aren't any 50+ plays, the under has a good chance. Of course, you never know when there will be a pick 6 or a long special teams play.
