Wow, they reviewed it and the call stood, but ESPN showed a replay where you could see the receiver's foot hitting the pylon before he caught the ball, meaning he basically went out of bounds first.

Should have been overturned and ruled incomplete.

Fowler over Petrovic is about as lopsided a golf matchup as you'll find.

I don't like risking streaks on golf though, and especially not 9 hole golf.

Betfair:

Fowler +104 to win threesome, Petrovic +230.

Russian soccer is crooked, and the second golf one doesn't really have an edge.

Possibly going under in college again.

I'm treating this thread as a discussion for SftC, with the sole purpose of winning that 100k, and the monthly pool is just to keep us going. Still, imo the ultimate goal is building the longest streak for the month and win money.

I'm all for fading the public when gambling, but I don't think the same applies to streak/moneylines, especially when there's a "superior" (so says the books) option with the Wizards tonight. I completely understand not wanting to mess with preseason NBA, I for one consider myself extremely lucky when the Spurs and Celtics both hit game winning shots in the last 30 seconds. I realize that the books might not always have the correct team, but more often than not they're right. Unless you have some kind of insider info, I would consider the books opinion the most when making these picks.

I could of course be wrong, and Kansas State just gets stomped right from the gate. I wish you the BoL though, since everyone needs it to win that cool 100k.

well with a line of 3 and one would take the underdog they have about the same probability of winning su as they do with losing by 1 or 2 pts...yeah they wizards are pretty big chalk and on streak for the cash...but i hate siding with the higher percentages on the whole...but with that being said...my old man is on the bucks ats and he blows

i was pretty ticked off i couldn't get the pick in, i was refreshing the whole time too. that 2nd half under might've been the best pick looking back on it now, though

in playing with the half point calculator to calculate what kind of price 28.5 would've gotten, why am i not allowed to scroll up or down? is there not enough data for CFB totals?

I inquired in the think tank a few days ago.

two things:

1)it's intended for full game. That's where push probabilities come from

2)Any really low amount for a full game (like sub 30 for a halftime total) will not have anything there for it, so it won't show you.

But this was 7 points off the total, and the best pick odds-wise today, in my opinion.

Anyway, I must've refreshed like a dozen times trying to get that pick in.
