it's true that you don't often get -200 or better, but I'd think preseason lines are less reliable because of less market liquidity. Much more betting going on for regular season games.

Plus, there are a lot of unknown factors. We don't know if either team will be playing to win, and we don't know how long the starters will play.

Sadly, not all coaches try to win in the preseason. Did anyone else watch Cincy/Dallas? Marvin Lewis conceded the game and didn't even try to make a comeback in the 4th. Pathetic.

i know this is preseason and anything can happen...but im putting my w11 on baltimore and heres y!!
1-batimore is at home
2-stingy baltimore d prevails over gayboy clausen
3-baltimore backup QBs are much better,bulger and smith.
4-bodog has baltimore at -5.5,the biggest favorite in today and tommorows nfl season matchups!
5-there is no such thing as waiting for the safest bet,this is free gambling,and if u r gonna win the SFTC,then u gotta a take chances and go with ur gut instinct!
6-i dont like clausen and dispise ND,GO BLUE!!
7-a number of starters and veterans for carolina,didnt even make the trip!
8- hey clausen,welcome to NFL,say hello to baltimores linebackers,ur going to meet them tonite!!

early lock on Redskins/Bills precluded a serious decision on whether to take Washington.

I meant to check last minute lines.

Washington is -220 and betting is still open, but SftC locked it early.

I'm more inclined to skip tonight now, but I will look at CFL.

no time this morning because I had to rush off to a cocoa plant, but I agreed.

I thought it was a solid choice.

Looked good when there was only one homer and it was bottom 6, but then I checked back and it was close.

Nothing I wanted tonight and I had a really busy day, so I wasn't able to look at the picks in depth.

I did not have a free moment at the computer with a decent connection from 10:20 AM CDT to 9:15 PM CDT, basically.

I don't see why they offer 2 sets vs. 3 sets instead of offering murray/fish straight up.

Murray is like -155, and 2 sets would also be around that, so how is this an improvement?

Fish has a solid chance here.

Picking sets is easier to me. You almost always should pick 2 sets. More likely.

Everyone here must think Man U will win by exactly 2. When This first said Man Utd: Wins by 3+ Goals everyone who made the pick was on Any Other Result. Now it says Man Utd: Wins by 2+ Goals so 74% have picked Man U.
Today the majority (85.1%) (not me) went against Arsenal: Wins by 3 Goals or More but 88.3% took Chelsea: Wins by 2 Goals or More and both won 6-0. A week ago Chelsea was up for 3+ and I had it originally picked but switched to the other side because of rain and lost. That game also ended 6-0. The majority always believe soccer games with a good and bad team are 2 goal games."
