bodog odds to win, from this morning:

O'Hair 3/1, 25%
Palmer 9/1, 10%
Els 11/2 15.32%

for a total of 50.32%

considering Bodog's huge vig, I'd estimate the no vig percentages would be about 44%/56%

In other words, Any Other Golfer is the clear favorite. I'll be skipping, though.

based on my approximation, Portsmouth is about 57/43.

I used the odds for each team to win, and then divided up draw with a slight edge to Portsmouth there.

If it's tied after 90, it goes to ET and then PKs, if necessary.

So I think I'm skipping.

yeah, because that was over a 2 hour gap.

Soccer games (unless there is extra time/penalty kicks, which there isn't in friendlys) take about an hour and 50 minutes.

So if the next one is two hours later, you can get it in. If it's an hour and a half, you obviously can't.

I'm going to the Mets game. Based on past experience, the Mets are a solid pick, but I'm staying away SftC-wise.

Rangers are about -170, but I think I'll skip that as well for two reasons:

A)I wouldn't be able to watch unless I stay up to 4 AM or watch the next day (it's on ESPN3, meaning a replay will be available). Neither is appealing.
B)I won't be around to monitor line movement because I'm leaving in like 20 minutes.

It doesn't belong on SftC, but like the Fever last night, they're sticking it on there because it's an ESPN game.
