    "Time" to do what? Paul is the only winner/smart basketball player on the court for this team (unless you want to rely on Redick). Griffin is Griffin and we'll leave it at that (not a winner), Dudley a good role player but undersized, Crawford effective but also erratic, and you can't have Jordan on the court in clutch games because he's one of the worst FT shooters in the NBA. A wave of the magic wand couldn't fix that.
