I think the top 10 is pretty standard. I've got Bulger at #11 ahead of guys like Favre (too old), Ryan (too young), Romo (too erratic), etc. But the 11-19 list is pretty close and I'd consider all of those QBs to be solid. Once we get down to guys like Pennington, Edwards, Cassel, etc, I'm not convinced. Granted, Bulger will be working with lesser WRs than most other NFL QBs, so his numbers probably won't be comparable. But we're not talking about fantasy numbers, we're talking about raw QB ability in 2009.
