The one thing I find terribly inappropriate is that there is no mention of the withdrawel delays anywhere on their site. If I was a newbie to SB or wanted to play poker on SB.com then I would have NO freaking clue that there was a problem with maybe never getting my money back..

If someone suggested that at a sportsbook executives meeting they would be fired on the spot. "Hey I have an idea on how to attract new customers, let's tell them we don't pay"

You aren't allowed to have 2 accounts from the same home. Even if they put 2 different addresses, you can't log in at the same time b/c both computers will lag like crazy.

I was trying to watch my friend play a tournament on my laptop, while he was on the computer... it just lagged. (this was on fulltilt poker & I don't see why it wouldn't be the same for sportsbook)

Requested March 27th right after WVU's point guard drained that buzzer beater in the NIT semi-finals. Received email immediately stating the received my withdrawal request. Received email on April 16th say your check was regular post and you should have it in 2 to 3 weeks. hmmm........should i be complaining since it arrived in 3 days and the email said 2 to 3 weeks? Anyway, dont cry, dont whine, dont moan, it was just a delay. The same people crying and moaning here are the same people who are always sending there meal back with the waitor, driving off the road to go around someone trying to turn left, and passing me on the double line only to sit it front of me at the next stop light.

After receiving my wire late yesterday from the 27th I went on the chat line at Sportsbook.com and asked for compensation. The morons refunded the $25.00 wire fee but nothing else so I went back and asked for some compensation as a gesture of good faith. They have put in a request and he said now that I got my wire, the request is in and I should hear in 24 hours by email. I am not holding my breath but anything is better than nothing.

Good luck to others, I am sure you will all get paid. Looks like they paid those up to the 27th for that week and figured those who were waiting longer can wait longer as they had already pissed off those people and want to keep the current winners happy.

I don't know but I sure would like to win again so I can see how long they take. I will let anyone know if they put a few extra bucks in my account

Has anyone who was sent a bank wire on 3/21 received it yet. I called and spoke to a lady customer service rep today and she tried to explain to me what the hold up is. That on 3/15 they got dropped by their processor and the new one can only process a certain number of withdraws a day. She could not tell me why people who made a withdraw after me are getting their funds before me???? I know that I have to be patient and it seems like people are getting paid, but how is it that others that just withdrew are getting paid before many of us that have been waiting. The lady once again told me that my withdrawal was sent on 4/4 and could not give me an answer to why I was sent an email that said the withdrawal was sent on 3/21. She assured me that we would be paid and that she has been dealing with us for a while now. For all of you who are getting paid, that is a great thing, but I do feel sorry for all of you that are in my boat. I am only waiting on 3700 but comeone now, just pay. If I did a ********** I would probably break even but I am not trying to get into a fraud issue with the credit card companies. I'm a VIP member and requested on the 19th and got email on 21st (of MARCH) saying it was sent. Of course I come to find out that they weren't actually sent until April 4th. I called today and I asked what I should do if I don't get the money by April 25th, the 15th business day from April 4th and the 25th business day from the 21st of March. They responded by saying that it may take an additional 3-5 business days! This place is unf***ing believable. I than got a call and an e-mail asking why I haven't been playing and if I had forgotten my password! I got a good laugh about that and asked the guy who called me to check the status of my withdrawal from last month. Of course he had no answer other than I will get my $$$$$. I've already wrote off my $8xxx, and it will be a nice surpise if it actually does come through, but I'm not holding my breath.

Just call your credit card compnay and tell them the truth. A few banks will right away tell you that since it's gambling related, they aren't go to do anything. But most will be very willing to help. After you call, thye will send you a dispute letter whihc you should recieve the follwoing week. Once you have the dispute leter, if you haven't been paid yet, you just fill it out and send it back in. Once your cc company has the dispote letter in hand, they will credit you with the funds.

How are people GETTING Money from processed 27th withdrawels when mine was processed on 28th and I get this email stating that it will be fcking May before I get some cash.!!! 1 day!!! And needless to say I would have ALL my money if I would have kept my original 26th check withdrawels which they told me to switch because a wire would be faster..!! I still have 2 payments in Que!! Cant even change them to checks because that would stick me last in fcking line again!!! This is soooooo annoying.... HAPPY 4 YA JENNYJEN..... If you recall, everyone who had requested withdrawals prior to March 15th, and subsequently had their funds put back into thier accounts on March 15th all recieved a 5% bonus with no roll required.

I don't understand why they aren't continuing to offer people bonuses. The current wait time for withdrawals over 2k seems to be about 2 month. THey hold it in queue for a months, than it takes another month to get it from the processor. And it sounds like payouts will always be problematic. They signed up with the absolute worst processors. The check processor out of Germany won't use overnight delivery. SO there will always be ahandful of people whose checks are lost in the mail. And delivery times will always be slow. THe wire processor is horrendous.

The only reaosn why we might see some improvements in the next few months is because they are lsoing so many cusomters, that the few who remain, might get decent service

They totaly screwed you. I requested a check on the 26th and it got sent to the processor on April 10th. But the wires I requested on the 28th still haven't been processed.

I think all the people that got the checks from the 3rd and 4th were from DHL not regular mail - that's MY POINT. Regular mail (which appears to be for larger amounts is taking longer) Plus, another poster is in the same situtation as me.

Metsfan, I'm still waiting - though haven't gotten today's mail yet. It sucks opening your mailbox every day and constantly being disappointed that there is no blank white envelope in there. I think we'll get paid at some point, but today officially marks 2 months since I requested the withdrawal (Feb. 19th).
