Customer Service is clueless!!

I just got two wires in today that were requested on March 15th but not "processed" till March 28th.....I have never posted before but I can tell you that the idiots at Sportsbook dont have a clue as to what is going on. Infact I called to today to inquire about my two wires totalling $7,850.00 (even though I got them today). They continued to give me the run-around and cooke cutter reponses guaranteeing me money by May 4th. Then I asked what the EARLIEST date I would recieve my money and the said next Friday. This demonstrates that they are all full of SH*T given that I got my money today!

The only good news here is that I did infact get paid ..... I am withdawing the $12,000 I still have in my account and hopefully I get it......needless to say I will not do business with these monkies again!

My 2nd wire, like the first, got redposited into my account. So I went and had some some on the poker tables playing 5/10nl. Made some crazy moves, was actually up like 500. Then I realized wy am I wasting my time and gave it all away. Just awaiting my chargebacks

What you mean is I was getting the best cards at the table and then later I was getting lousing cards and kept fishing until i was out of bait. 9k wire request on 3-19

I was told today that my 9k has been put back into my sportbook.com account yesterday. Why I asked?

I was told my bank rejected the wire transfer.

I called my bank and talked with the wire department. They told me that this is an absolute lie, they would never reject a wire, and 100% did not happen.

I called cs service again and informed them of what my bank said, they said they would be happy to initiate another wire.

**** THEM! I've been waiting since February 17th.

My patience is only so thick. I've been lied to at least 50 times by these ****ers.

The cs reps are in outer space. They have no clue of what is going on.

Did you log into your account? Was the money available to you again? I am dealing with the same 3/19 3/21 issue, and they haven't used that on me yet. They did say all the original wires were sent back but that is why they resent them on 4/4.

Boom. Received my check today for $930 dollars. It is processed by IB/GLOBAL Advantage in Las Vegas, NV 89147. There is a phone number: 877 806 5717 on the check. As I mentioned in a few pages earlier, I cashed out the check last week or so, had it processed in two days, and DHL express delivery over in roughly 2 business days as well. Good luck to all of you waiting patiently and I would definitely recommend cashing out by check instead of bankwire.

Marc, they have been doing business just this way for years. They were always a D book with their audits and excuses. Fast forward them into a real processing problem and they simply do what they have always done. As bad as everyone has been treated I hope those that have been paid will not charge back. They are liars with no honor, don't stoop to their level.

fyi... I posted yesterday about having finally received my wire (minus $25) and that I called and complained about the $25 fee and requested a bonus for the inconvenience they caused me. They said they'd notify me via email after considering my request. Well, no email but I logged in today to see my account has a balance of $25!!! hahahaha... anyone that has received a wire or check where there was a fee taken that you weren't supposed to get charged (I know I wasn't because it was my only withdrawal of the month) you should call and complain to try and get some free money. I then proceeded to just throw my $25 on a hand of blackjack and doubled it to $50 so now I have the minimum in my account to be able to request a withdrawal. Of course I think I'll wait a while before requesting it so maybe by then they'll be doing them in a timely manner again. That or I'll go back in and lose all $50, haha

I do not advise that everyone request a bonus for the sake of requesting a bonus. However, if you feel that you have been charged on a withdrawal incorrectly, you may request a refund for the amount you were charged and sportsbook.com will investigate your request.

With regards to those awaiting a bank wire, here are the updated processing time estimates:

If your bank wire was processed by us on 21/22 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 25 April
If your bank wire was processed by us on 23 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 1 May
If your bank wire was processed by us on 27 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 4 May

Bank wires processed after March 27th should be sent to your bank by the end of this week. Please allow 10-15 business days from the end of week to receive the funds if this is the case.

As you can see, the backlog of withdrawals is now shifting, and processing times are dropping. Every day we hear more reports from customers who have received their money. We ask you to remain patient just a little longer as we work through this backlog. This has been a difficult time for all concerned, but your money is safe. I also got a $25 credit from my wire.. They are not supposed to charge you anything if the wire is the first of the month for you or if the wire is over 5k... FYI...

Nothing for me either. I called them and they said since it has not yet been 15 business days since my check was mailed they would not do anything as far trying to trace the check or contact the check processor. Fifteen days will be this coming Thursday or Friday (depending on how you count the Easter weekend). Hopefully we'll all get our checks by then.
