I said i got paid yesterday and gatorfan called me a liar..........well......i did get paid........just like most of you i went to the chat line each day and said "have you sent my money yet" and they made up some story..............truth is, those customer service people dont have a clue. My two favorite chat cs people are Tom Jacobs and Eli something or other..........I got Tom Jacobs on three occasions and each time he said it would be sent in 24/48 hours and that Eli, she kept referring to my check as a wire. Unless it pops up on their screen for them to read they DONT KNOW ANYTHING.

As for the person who asked about the size of check and whether they are DHL over/under $2000...........mine was over 2 grand and came from Nevada State bank via DHL.

My guess is something freaky went on when they started processing withdraws again around the 19th or 21st. That seems to be where all the major problems are. I dont have anything in that account but I bet if i did a withrawal today i would get the money in a week. Who know how long it will take them to straighten things out but i'm sure you will eventually get paid.

Think again my friend. The current backlog is 3-4 weeks. In other words, if you request a withdrawal today, you'd have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks before they even submit the request to the processor. Maybe then it would only take a week or two before you get it.

I requested 2 wires on the 28th, I'm still waiting for Jazette to process them. If they are lucky things will be somewhat back to normal by july. But it seems like they are content to tell people that checks and wires will always take about 3 weeks to recieve. So the days of requesting a check on Saturday night and having fedex deliver it are forever gone.

I am ecstatic and leaving for my honeymoon TOMMORROW. I have been watching this thread since back in mid-March and never posted. If you want to call me a fake, go ahead, you are probably one of those people who have a conspiracty theory on 9/11I too. I was one of the ones that cashed end of Feb, had the money put pack in account, then did bank wire the FIRST day available. However, after waiting two weeks, then calling, found they needed more info on my bank, which I provided. My wire was FINALLY processed 4/3 and I GOT IT this AM 4/20 for $3,000+

11 business days (taking out Fri/Mon Easter as they said those were bank holidays)... not bad...

I was worried, and checked this site often, but had patience and faith that the backlog and processor excuse was valid, which it is (their customers service in the matter is STILL unexcusable)

There is definite hope. If you did a bank wire, CALL THEM and ask if they have all the info they need on your bank. I had to do this - they didn't call me.

Just wanted to give some others who have been banging their heads against the wall, nervous like I've been some hope. I got one of my wire deposits ( 6500.00) this morning, one of the infamous 3/28 ones. Still waiting for another one....but yes, been waiting about 6 weeks or so for this. I'll be hesitant to throw buckets of money at them anymore, or until the methods of paying expedience changes. I can breathe a bit easier, but still await a few grand more. I've been lurking here for about 2 weeks since I googled whether anyone else had "sportsbook.com" problems. Sure , I was scared by the sheer volume of disgruntled patrons, but at least the signs at the payouts are leaking through can be assuring to some.

wanted to update everyone on my wires..finally received the rest of my two withdrawals. both appeared in my acct at the same time today. the emails that said it was sent was in 3/30 and 4/1. The previous one that i received was sent on 3/22 was received 4/9. well im glad i've received my 3 withdrawals. so no more sportsbook.com for me. well just wanted to update you guys and that the money is coming..just be patient..thanks.

Have they ever sent you money before this? They have had my same bank info for the last 9yrs and have not had a problem with a wire yet. I wont be suprised if they tell me they did.

Finally got paid!!! Right after they told me I'd have my money by May 4th, rather than the typical 24 to 48 hours answer, I got my f*cking money! Of course the assholes withheld $25 for a wire transfer fee. My next order of business is to demand a ca$h bonus for my inconvenience. I'll let you know how that works out.

Here is a new one. I have been asking every day about the wires from the 21st and why they haven't been going out. Now they tell me that they were the first set sent out but they were all returned because they were labeled as "suspicous". WTF is that. He said that this issue has been addressed and they have been resent so this would not be a problem. He said they have been given the absolute date of the 25th from the processor for this batch. I might have some hope if at least one person had received anything. Wonder what the excuse will be on the 25th. I want a job with these guys so I can come up with BS excuses all day. They are sitting back laughing all day trying to come up with the next new delay reasoning.

I can't believe those chumps actually did something honest for once.

At one point in March I had a "Manager" on the chat and he had indicated that I wouldn't be receiving any of my funds because there was "reported fraud" on my account (which I never reported any such thing).

I will pray for the rest of you that remain that you receive EVERYTHING that is due you. Just stay on top of it and save all of your chat sessions and threaten them with it.

Hi guys, first post here but I've been following this thread for about a month. Just wanted to report (believe it or not!) that I got PAID TODAY by bank wire. Requested March 20th, called in 5 or 6 days later and they asked for a voided check (NEVER contacted me about it), sent it, it was "processed" March 27th, called back every 5 or 6 days to ask, called yesterday and they told me there was a problem and it never went through and it was "reprocessed" on April 17 and to expect it in TWO MORE weeks. Well, it appeared in my online banking (bank of america) today! (minus $25)

This was at Hollywood sportsbook, a Jazzette place.

Good luck to all, now I don't have to check in here every damn day.

Just a note that I also received my $1200.00 wire that was supposed to have been sent on 3/30 ( after an intial withdrawl on 3/2).. So that makes two in one day. I'm not jumping for joy because while I am happy to get my loot, the flippin' headaches involved sucked. I mean, it's "Our" money we waited for, and they certainly take our deposits damn quick. Relieved? Yes. Happy? I guess . But it was 'bout time.

Metsfan, I'm still waiting - though haven't gotten today's mail yet. It sucks opening your mailbox every day and constantly being disappointed that there is no blank white envelope in there. I think we'll get paid at some point, but today officially marks 2 months since I requested the withdrawal (Feb. 19th).

This is my first post here, but wanted to encourage anyone else still needing to get paid that the wires are starting to roll through.
