Does anybody on here bank with Bank of America? I received two checks, one on Monday and one on Tuesday. I deposited both on the days that I received them. The check I received on Monday had already cleared by Tuesday. Now I look on the website for Bank of America and both checks are not visible in my account. If anybody has a Bank of America account could they check to see if there account is not updated online? With this piece of shit company sportsbook I'm scared my checks bounced. Thanks

I have BoA, but I am waiting on a wire. Did your available funds show up and then get removed? I doubt if you just put the checks in yesterday & monday that they would have registered as a bounced check. It usually takes a few more days than that to register.

Is the branch where you deposited the check in the same state where you opened your BOFA account. I had moved years ago, and I used to see that my check deposits would disappear for a day and then come back the next day. I was told it was due to the fact that I was making the deposit in a state different than where I opened my bofa account. They haven't been doing that me recently though.

The Monday check cleared by Tuesday morning. But now when I log into my account it doesn't even showup as ever deposited. Like I said probably a problem with the website but since it's a sportsbook.com check I was concerned.

there is no need to worry. I just spoke to cs. they assured me that they would only use the most reliable processors. And they also restated that processing speeds are improving. SO we should have nothinng to worry about.

Oh, and if you don't get your payout in the timeframe given. Don't worry. All you have to do is call up, and they'll give you a new time. If there is one thing they are good at, it is givng new timeframes.

If this situation wasn't so serious, the responses we get from these cs guys would be quite funny.

My withdraw was on the 19th. They said it was sent out on the 21st. Then they said last week that it was done on the 4th of April.

I seem to get my money faster than almost everyone and I contacted them through live chat and emails and cursed and went wild on them constantly so maybe it did help.

In Queue or sent, what is the difference? We still don't have our $$. They can tell us they sent it, but how do we know they really did? They told us they did on the 21st, and it wasn't until a couple of days ago that they said they screwed up and that is was really the 4th. So what happens in another week? They say, don't worry, it was sent, but those that were sent on the 4th, really didn't get sent until the 17th because of a processor problem. They can say whatever they want, but until I see a pending wire, I will have to assume my wire is still in queue as well.

I requested a wd on April 2nd of $2900, and still have not received it. After a big week last week, I made another request of $5000 on April 16th. If I am lucky, I may get my money by the end of summer. This really sucks because it almost feels like they are stealing. Only takes seconds for them to take your depsoit but weeks to give it back? Ok, so I've been singing the praises of sportsbook.com lately, but....I cashed out for $3600 last Friday and was wondering why my withdrawal had not yet been processed.

Today I get an email from sportsbook that says:

"Thanks for your recent withdrawal request.
We wanted to let you know that your withdrawal for $3,641.00 requested on 2/23/2007 has been processed. However, there’s a slight delay in getting the check out to you. Sorry about that.
You should receive your check within the next 10-12 business days, but don’t hesitate to contact us via email or use our live chat service to get an update on your payment's progress."

I talked to one of the live chat ppl and they said:
"Unfortunately there is a delay in processing withdrawals due to the fact we have changed to a new processor. This change was made to improve our customers security."

Lately sportsbook has been great about processing withdrawals quickly. But with all that's been going on in the industry, I'm worried that I'm about to get screwed. Does the payment processor thing sound like a legit excuse to people? I guess I can understand it. Maybe I am being paranoid?

I know of 2 people personally that got their money now..
One was originally cashed in Feb , but recashed early Mar and came in about last Mon for 1K in form of check.

The other was his friend and I dont know the details of that cashout except he got a check..

When you cashout, if after the 28th your going to be waiting a hell of a lot longer than you want to!!

The one thing I find terribly inappropriate is that there is no mention of the withdrawel delays anywhere on their site. If I was a newbie to SB or wanted to play poker on SB.com then I would have NO freaking clue that there was a problem with maybe never getting my money back..

Here's my fun story.
I withdrew $1,100 on 3/23 and $750 on 3/25.

Today I got an email saying one of my wires (1100) got denied, and now it's back in my sportsbook account. Enough is enough. I went and basically GAVE away the 1100 on the poker tables. I called my bank and did the charge backs, all totaling $1250. Im waiting for the $750 to get denied, so I can go give it away on the poker table.

So you basicly stole $500 bucks from them.. Nice!!
That will help us out a lot!!!!!

The $750 will be kept by SB , you idiot and your account locked!!
