Was it 10 days from when you withdrew or from when they sent the e-mail saying it was processed? I withdrew May 21st and not counting the day of withdrawal or Memorial Day, today is day 11. Let me know

As is par for the course, my funds have yet to be redeposited. So since they've not yet been redeposited, I can't request a check. CS informed me I will need to wait until tomorrow until the funds are redeposited, then I can request a check and then they will process it in 24-48 hours and deliver it via DHL in 7-10 days.

They are the worst book I've ever dealt with and I'm also using 5 Dimes, WSEX and Pinnacle and as soon as the funds are put back in I'm withdrawing everything. Fvck em....they're a horrible, shit book.

yes I just got the same story too.. first i requested my money on march 27th.... they tell me it was sent may 2nd, then they say may 15th and to wait 10-15 business days from may 15th.... then today they say to wait an additional 10 days from today because of the processor delays... ureal!!!

But you have a check, so after another ten days of me and you waiting and getting nothing, we will have to have a trace put on it which will take 2 weeks. Then they will put the money back into our account so we can cash out small amounts.

Jen, they've lost the processor(s) who take care of funds above 2500. Unless you got lucky and it was sent prior, it will end up back in your account where you must ask for checks 2500 or less. I, too hope I'm wrong for your sake!

Indeed, I was told twice that they lost their check processor (>2500). Hasn't anyone else heard this??????????? Has anyone received a check for > 2500. I seriously doubt it!

Even on the withdrawals page , they removed checks for over $2500 as an option. I think I was the last one to get a check for over $2500.

Just received an update on the trace of my check supposedly sent on 5/15: it is still in progress. (shocking) They are attempting now to stop payment on this fake check, which could take up to 6 weeks. So I'm looking at September before I see anything.

This is not true. I went through all this sh*t with Sportsbook and finally got all my money out in April. Then I went through the same thing with Bodog and got all my money out of there a few weeks ago. Both these books are too huge and are having mega problems with processing. I've now been playing for a couple months with the smaller, yet solid books that are rated the highest by SBR's members and couldn't be happier. I'm getting checks at my doorstep regularly within a couple business days. Sportsbook and Bodog are in a sh*tty class of their own.

They confirmed that the funds were NOT sent on May 15th as they told me. They were sent on May 16th. And i have to wait 20 business days from May 16th, before they will run another trace. Thaat trace could take up to 6 weeks. After whihc they will put the funds back inot my account. And if they still have any processors left by then, I could re-request the funds. So I should have the money in 10-12 weeks.

By the time this is over, those who were waiting on their 3/19-3/21 wires will look like they got paid quickly. I am so greatful, that the check I did get was my big check, and no the little check.

matchbook and betjam... absolutely there is no more 1000 increment deposits with credit cards, except to one book that doesn't pay out - Sportsbook. Those days are over and yes, they were great. **** gift cards, moneygram, **, cashier checks and bankwires are the only options for solid, dependable books... thank our republican senators/representatives for all of this (UIGEA)- Senator Frist especially.

I withdrew a small amount of 420 on may 25th from sportsbook.com and am getting the run around how its in que for DHL shipment. last time, my withdrawal just arrived at my door the same day they said it was still in que. they have no idea whats going on. has anyone recieved a check smaller than 2500 recently? Its only been less than 2 weeks, just anticipating atleast the end of the month.

You'll get your checks for less than 2500. I've received 2 in the last 2 weeks. Do not ever expect to get a check for over 2500. I've been trying since Feb. 21st.

At first their argument was that I couldn't do a ********** because i got the services I paid for, namely gambling. But I argued that if you go to vegas, and go to the cashier window and exchange $1000 for $1000 worth of chips, and then at the end of the day, they refuse to convert your chips abck into dollars, has the casino really given you the service you were expecting.

So after some back and foth they told me to write a detailed letter and mail it in. Just last week I got a call from them. The rep who recieved my letter basically said that thier policy is not to assists in gambling related matters. Since i had already gotten my by check, I decided not to argue with her. If I hadn't, I would have argued or asked to speak to a supervisor.
