SB new withdrawal policy

This is direct from the site, I just made another withdrawal and saw this, thought the rest of you might be interested:

"The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00; the maximum per request is $2500.00.

Your first withdrawal request made after June 17, 2007 will be free; subsequent requests in the same calendar month will be charged $40.00 and will be sent by courier."

So basically there's a new $40 charge on anything beyond your first withdrawal per month...at this point I frankly don't give a damn, b/c as long as I end up getting the arse load of money these jokers owe me I'll be satisfied. I'm waiting on multiple checks & have over $10K left in. Hopefully they intend to pay all of us & get ready for football season, where they ought to be able to make some solid dough.

I find it unbelievable that such a simple thing as betting sports is this difficult on the internet these days. I mean, you could swear we're selling children on the black market or something. Give me a f'in break, if I want to bet a game with my own hard earned & taxed dollars, the government should f$ck off, such BS man. It just keeps getting worse. They have the audacity to charge us $40 when they've been jacking with us for monthes. Thank God I've found a better book. I think????????

I am new to the arbing community and following a tip fom one site opened and deposited money in a linesmaker.com (sportsbook ltd) account in April 07, only to realise it should have been a .co.uk account not .com which meant that the bet I had wanted wasnt there (I know that sounds stupid but I was wanting to get the bet on asap) as soon as I realised my error I immediately requested a refund. Then the problems started I am constantly being told that despite sending evidence by email I need to send a hardcopy of my bank statement if I want to withdraw by bank transfer. It was then agreed that a cheque would be sent it has now been another 3 weeks and nothing. So today I have decided enough is enough and filed a **** dispute against them and also live betting.com because I am sick of getting the run around from these cowboys.

Having now found sites like these I feel even more nieve

I have approx $1000 tied up in these sites which I know is a small amount compared to some of you guys but its a lot to me.

Anyway will have to wait and see what happens now - has anyone else tried this route with any success?

One of the rep told me that Bank Wire is no longer accepted, the only way to withdraw is by DHL check. That why they put money back to my account plus 5% bonus without notifying me. So Now I have to request a withdraw by DHL check after waiting almost 2 months. SB is really suck now

marc, what's the latest on your 5400? They e-mailed me today saying my 10k will be going back into my account again! This is a Feb. 21st withdrawal we're talking about. I'm f'ing speechless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are iniating a "trace" on my funds. They should have an update for me in 48 - 72 hours. I'm sure the update will be that I need to wait another 48-72 hours

I made two requests between May 15 and May 23. I received each via DHL exactly two weeks after I made the requests, which were for $700 and $1,040, respectively.

Tomorrow will be my 3 month wait anniversary! They now are going to do a trace. $3900 dollars requested in Feb later credited back into account on 3-15-07. So actually my total wait time is closer to 4 months. all the people whom have received checks or wires should thank whatever God you believe in, cause they are still holding a great majority of people's money hostage still. avoid this bums at all cost!

Same happened to me today. They told me it would either be traced, put back into my account, or show up in the mail. This, of course from 3 different cs people. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand, or brain is doing!

Yeah, this is my second refund this month, so I have incurred an additional $120 in fees. I have written a complaint but I doubt that will help.

You seem to able to request as many as you want, with a $40 fee per check.

I got 23 pending withdrawals for 2500 each. Got two checks back in mid May and then stalled since end of may. Called them and they said that its going out next week everything is fine. I thought it was only me that they stalled but I guess it wasn't. I had two bank wires sent to me for a total of 21k last month. And now I have about 55k in 2500 checks pending to be sent. My earliest non received request was on May 30. Still no sent out email yet. I will update when received. Maybe because of the overload due to only one withdrawal option and processor.

the funny thing about this whole sportsbook.com / jazette thing is that these guys have been pulling this for years, and people ignored it, now it's out of control.

i remember back in 2000 i played at bubbas casino, which is a jazette enterprises limited company just like sportsbook.com. i had played there for about a year and had no problems. i won 3500 off of a $69 4 teamer and it took them 3 months to pay me. they gave me the run around day after day, it was horrible. the reason it was horrible was because i was in college, and i BANKED on that $, instead of taking out a loan. once i received the $ i was also going to quit my summer job. finally i was able to. but i can't tell you the amount of stress i went through. i truly feel bad for anyone doing business with this company. i understand that people say "you shouldn't need $ in your sportsbook account to pay bills", and in my case, i didn't need it to survive,but it ****ed up my life. also, contrary to popular belief, a lot of people bet their rent, and a sportsbook account is like a 2nd bank account. thankfull since that time in 2000 i have had NO problems...ASIDE from the time i went to check on my neteller payout at hollywood, which should have been processed....and was told by a clerk that it was sold to a new company, sportsbook.com owners....i flipped out, but luckily got my $ within a few days....good luck to everyone with $ tied up there, their track record says that youll get paid...eventually..hopefully before the US GOVT regulates on these pussys

all I can say is this entire situation does suck!! I too had my money put back in my about 7k which I requested 3/27 and they kept telling me "it was on the way" .... However, they ARE paying I have made requests for withdraws less then $2.5k and I had gotten that money..... soooo all I can say is yes it sucks and yes the lies they tell are ridiculous but at the end of the day they are paying so as long as we get our money that is all that matters and I really do believe that they are trying to pay.....

IF anything they need to improve their CS team and tell them more info. and be honest w/ them so in turn they can be honest w/ us!!

I DO THINK we all will be paid even if it takes another month at least we got our money!!!!!!

The thing that really sucks is the US government brought in a rule to stop their citizens from gambling, but it is hurting all of us outside the US more because there is no way at the moment for us to get our money. They money has already been transferred to my account and Moneybookers has now processed the transfer to my bank account. Obviously this isn't good and like I said, once the bets clear - I'm gone....I'll make it my mission to refer people everywhere BUT Sportsbook.com because when a book starts lying and bullshitting it's customers, they've lost the very thing that matters most - their reputation.
