Yes, but with 28 games left to play and Detroit being five games behind the current WC2 team (Minnesota) Detroit would need to go 21-7 next month, minimum, more like 22-6.

Think if it this way, four teams from the AL Central (or any other division for that matter) cannot make the post season and right now the Tigers are five games behind the Twins.

Now for the really bad news, the season series between Minnesota and Detroit is completed.
Without any games yet to be played against Minnesota, you're going to have to pray the Twins go on a massive 10 and 18 cooler at the same time go on a 21-7 heater, I say at least 21-7, more like 22-6, because even if they catch the Twins, you're going to have to catch Boston and Seattle for the one remaining WC berth,

Right now, Baltimore, New York, Cleveland, Kansas City, and Houston are mortal locks to play post season ball.
The final spot will be a battle between the Twins, and Seattle, then Detroit and Boston.

It looks like a lot of the books took down the to make the playoffs and win the division futures and only taking Pennant and World Series action.

I was curious, do you see that 9.60% figure to the right of the Tigers under the Post column in that excel table I created.

The 'POST' column represents the chances of that team to reach the playoffs,
You would need +860 from the books to break even value wise.
If your book was offering you, let's say +1200 on the Tigers to reach the playoffs that would be solid value for that wager.
The Tigers *are not* playing October baseball, but if you think they will and can get +1200, I'd make that bet.
Just because you're getting generous value doesn't mean that ticket is a winner.

GL this season brother! I hit Hoover Over 285.5 passing pretty easily last night. Kid is sort of a white Shadeur Sanders imo....not quite as athletic & talented, but he fits their scheme and it looks like their running game is trash. For future considerations...went back to Hoover's last 6 last year and he averaged 339

Sounds to me like Gus has a couple of dimes riding on PSU.

Oh yeah, I forgot it was 4th and long. It might’ve been closer as earlier the score was 20-17 Horns in the 4th, middle I think, and Cards deep in their own territory and the go for it like 4th and 4 or 5. Real stupid as they could’ve played for field position. I believe Hotns than scored a TD.

It's painfully obvious that the PSU D-Line has the edge over WVU O-Line, so why does WVU continue to run it up the gut on fourth and short?
