The Bruins really bought into the system all season. Their counter attacks are dangerous, their forechecking is relentless and their goaltending is the best 1-2 combo in the league. Its gonna be tough for any team to beat them once, let alone 4 times.

Lol, I barely type out two sentences and Gopuke launches a defense with more tenacity than OJ's dream team.
Just look at the state of the guy... Quotes me and responds with a "dear diary" entry to prop up his emotions and safeguard his online reputation. Then quotes himself from a previous post and adds color commentary. Finally rifles through his rubble of losing tickets to find two winners and bothers to link them, as if anyone cares.
Forget sportsbetting, this nerd is tilting from life in general. A quadruple post to rebut my meager submission just reeks of insecurity. Of course he calls my statements "trolling" because he regards anything that makes him remotely uncomfortable trolling.
All his moves are telegraphed, he's just upset when anyone spots them. The icing on the cake was Manny24 throwing me a couple of betpoints for my post, because then Gopuke is immediately confronted with the fact that I'm not on an island in my sentiments.
Of course now he'll be completely triggered that he's being read like a book, and he'll solicit the mods for assistance.
This is what becomes of an individual when the only sunlight that hits their skin is when walking to the mailbox.

Being a hockey guy my whole life, and watching both games so far. I will say after game 1, that Florida was the better team in this matchup. I am not saying they are the better team overall, but they showed me game 1 they can play with Boston and even outplayed them. Then, of course, they beat them last night. While I wouldn't have liked GoDuke's bet coming into the series, after watching game 1 I would've liked it. Now, that doesn't mean I will be running to go bet the series on Florida either. I am simply saying they can make this a series and I thought that after game 1 which is why I bet them last night.Comment -

carolina will play a new york team, toronto will play the winner of this series. florida is the better option demographically, boston may be the better option for age old interests, but what does the nhl want to see happen here. anyones guess imo.
what you will see, imo, is a game where no penalties will be called,(or very few). seen this happen quite often in game 7`s. problem is, this neutralizes the panthers power play, and one thing we have seen, florida can score goals, and if you are neutralizing a strong option from a team you are effectively controlling the outcome of a game.
I`m hoping they dont officiate it this way, but I have my doubts... just watch and see.Comment -

Been a Bruins fan since the late 1970s Don Cherry era. Just getting one cup in 2011 during that time was a miracle. They are the absolute worst in big games. They can change coaches every few years but the end result is the same.
They could go 82-0-0 and they'd still lose in Round 1.
I basically gave up on them permanently when they lost the SC finals to St. Louis, a team they should have beaten in 4 or 5 games tops.Comment -
