He should sit another year. Next year, Cleveland, NY Jets, and Chargers coaches on flaming hot seats. Might be better to wait it out. Plus, maybe Dallas, too. Jones won't move on from McCarthy if he loses tonight, but might if they under perform next year.

That's what this league is. The guy is just another name that made money because of a great QB. When he goes to Houston they will do nothing for a few years then they will say Houston was a bad fit. When its a black guy they say he is dumb but white guys are bad fits.

Recognize that owners have usually thousands of people to deal with and business worth billions. Football is just one aspect, supposed to be for fun. You don't want to deal with any headaches.

You hire a black coach like Brian Flores and he can ruin your life with claims of racism. Not only the owner, he sued the entire NFL. All this for getting a head coaching job

So, they hire the black coach, like Lovie Smith you know he won't cause issues. If/when he fails..of course you hope he succeeds you hired him you believe in him but if he fails..they can say they went through the Rooney rule, and hire a guy who has a history of winning. nothing to see here, enjoy the game.

Everyone is paranoid about it, and this cancel culture attack stuff here's racism there's racism we all see racism doesn't do blacks any good at all imo. they're better off without it.

Guy looks like an elementary school teacher who hit pubery at 20 yrs old. I can't believe that guy is an NFL coach. He should be in an analytics room somewhere. It's all nepotism at the end of the day. People act like he did such a great job. Even a Madden player can take that Miami team to the playoffs.

All of it is nepotism. Look at the clowns with jobs that don’t deserve it. How the fukk did Kingsbury get the job and then a contract renewal only to be fired later? What the hell has he EVER accomplished? The list runs long.
