I'm pretty sure there is someone who you do report to at SBR. Why doesn't he have the balls to come out and tell SBR Pros what the heck is going on?

Yep....pretty sad that I did my order over a week before they removed BTC from the store. So if they can pay out BTC to contest winners, then store orders that were processed before they shut everything down should have been filled as well.

i don't need the money, and don't care about the points going forward... but you're right it stings when you buy something and poof a few weeks later, the order gets cancelled

hopefully going forward bmr, or someone else, works as a player's advocate for disputes... that's what i'm more worried about, because without help, stuff like grading errors are tough to get fixed

Today they are issuing the free plays for trivia that are 3 weeks overdue. The next order of business is contest prizes. Then the store will open again. Then declare bankruptcy if they can't fulfill the orders due to lack of funds.
