I had one(audio recognition software boxes)and I had to send it back. Plus it kept making my tv have connection errors on Hulu Live. If it doesn’t work better for others than it did for me then the numbers/ratings will be inaccurate. ARS definitely doesn’t recognize local channels on Hulu live and NBC is running these Olympics in the ground with the coverage.
