You can try to rebroadcast the transaction or use a BTC accelerator. Might not help today.

I'm having the same experience right now with my deposit on BOL and Bovada. I bought bitcoin on Thursday and deposited on BetAnysports and it showed up right away but I'm still waiting on it to be confirmed on BOL and Bovada. They tell me its a delay on Blockchain's end and that my deposit is on its way but it's yet to be confirmed.

There are over 50,000 transactions stuck that used 1-9 sats for transaction fees. If you want a fast transaction, you'll need to pay over 200 sats

I'm not sure this applies to your situation, but users of bitcoin QT app can use zapwallettex to change the fee on any unconfirmed transaction and then the app 'rebroadcasts' the transaction with higher fee. This process could take a couple hours depending on your computer, but in some situations could be useful and obviously much better than waiting a week (or potentially indefinitely, if the Chinese coal accidents continue and hash rate continues to drop forever!)
