I'l be taking my first, and quite possibly only, trip to Vegas next month!

I'll have a gambling bankroll between $1,000 - $1,500

I want to run that up -- go big or go home I say, so will be going hard on my last day (4 day trip)

What's my best chance of making a big score? I'm thinking high roller slots, but what else? Not liking long shot parlays, I can do that here at home LOL

Tough time to go right now. Vegas was hit hard and having a tough time recovering. It's usually an awesome town, so don't judge it how it is next month.
Stay away from slots. Get your players card. Blackjack and Baccarat are you best games to win on. And just have fun

$1.5k is not enough for high roller slots. It'll be gone in an hour. Been awhile since I've been in Vegas, but pre-covid the tables were $10-$25 min unless you were off the strip.

You might want to find some of the places downtown where you can play blackjack for $5-10 a hand. If your daily roll is $250 you can blow that in 10 minutes at a $25 strip table.

Agree off strip lower- level blackjack and roulette are best bets for lower bankroll.

Just have fun. Don’t expect to get rich. Easy to get too drunk and blow your entire roll in one night. We’ve all done it. Don’t do that if you can help it

View that bankroll as EXPENDABLE. Vegas is wired to KEEP the $$.

If u have any handicapping expertise, that's not exclusive to Vegas. Guys can list some low-budget tips. A few ideas:

1) You play Poker? If u do, can play some daily tournaments. They gouge u on the rake/hold, but the players aren't that good.

2) Find a few coupons. Last time, I got a Circus Circus coupon-book, took advantage of it and turned a profit.

Really depends what you like. Poker? Play 2/5 NL at the Aria or Venetian. Or find a drunk table at Planet Hollywood.

At one time, Vegas had the advantage of MULTIPLE OUTS. Could build a low-vig portfolio.

I should invest 1/2 in a series of sports bets, and the other half in mid level slots on my last night

If u are really asking that...yes. The one way u could do it is $1500 3-teamer. Pays 6/1, so you'd turn 1500 into 10,500.

But those plays would have to be well-researched. Why are we chit-chatting about this?
