i have no idea, jeff is one of the best with all type of crap in his car for chasing storms, i seen him like on the weather channel over the yrs as they use his live in storm pics..........

This is what global warming brings. Catastrophic hurricanes every year. A lot of times people haven't finished rebuilding from last year's storm and they get hit again.
