James is past his prime. Blazers are a dangerous team with Nurkic and Collins back. Basically same team as last year, maybe even better

Whiteside coming off the bench for 24 minutes a game is a major plus.
He's a terrific role player, he wasn't great as a starter.

I maintain he's one of the smartest basketball players I've seen play on the court.
James and Bird in my opinion had the highest basketball IQ's I've ever seen.

I also maintain James is a first ballot Hall of Famer.

Now having said that James couldn't hold a candle to Jordan.
Just compare the two playoff careers.

Also what category exactly has James ever led the NBA in besides games played and minutes played for which by the way I give him props for for his conditioning and work ethic.

You think James is more exposed than MJ back in the day? Are you kidding me? MJ was the most overexposed player on the planet. Rightfully so imo but there were a lot of people that hated on him. If you compare playoffs careers, I’d probably put James ahead of MJ. Now if you go by titles won, it’s clearly MJ but if you look at overall playoff series, James has MJ beat. Plus he’s taken multiple teams to Finals several different times. James has led the league in scoring, triple doubles, steals and assists several times. Jordan only led in scoring from my recollection.

James not in your top 5 is your opinion. I personally can’t think of 4 other players more deserving, next to MJ.

Rondo can't hit an outside shot which the lakets need most. Ya great he can bring the ball up and get guys in the right spot. If you think Rondo is the key to winning for the lakers you lost. Lebron took 2 shots in the 4th quarter last night. Anthony Davis dissapears late in the games come playoffs. Lakers need Kuzma to hit from the outside or someone maybe Danny Green gets hot. If the Lakers are gonna win then Lebron needs to go for at least 35 a game. He can't be trying to set up guys that are suspect from the outside for a shot. He needs to put it on himself and not look to pass first.

Lets be real here, Portland are a trash team, the only reason why they even in the playoffs is simply because of Dame Lillard. HE carried them in by himself. Even when lillard was killing it in the bubble games, they almost lost to the NETS or the Grizzlies with lillard scoring 50 or 60 points.... the worst defensive team in the bubble by far. It shows when lillard got an off day, and they get blown out by 30 points... lol.

Rajon Rondo now listed as OUT, but also see some questionable.
