man..I can tell you stories as my largest client is in healthcare and I am in contact with many of them....I have been in three of my hospitals in the last week and just like you say....dormant AF. ICU is between 23-30% occupied and waiting rooms are empty because nobody is leaving their damn house. Before Covid, ICU would be at 70-75% occupied with a waiting room filled with people
