Keep in mind when thinking about the Vikings, that they are very poor away from a dome setting.

last season all favorites won SU, but the 2 seasons prior, 2 dogs won SU in each of those years. Then in the 2015/16 season all favorites won

I love the niners. If I do anywhere as “awesome” as last week you might be onto something., cream usually rises to the top this weekend tho, everyone falls in love with these WC teams and they typically get waxed.

Hate to say it but Seahawks for me, to keep it very close if not win -- 24-21 type game. I think KC has the most relaxing win of the rest, not a complete blowout but I think they win by double digits.

For me whether the kc game close comes down to whether obrien can stick to the run game. Not gonna take a ton from 1st meeting cause kc was still pretty banged up and think mahomes re-injured ankle in that one. What I will take is houston ran way more plays and controlled tempo of that game after the 1st qrtr when kc jumped out fast on them. If houston makes a effort to use and stick with the run game they could shorten game and keep close. If he comes out with another shit game plan like vs bills it be 28-0 fast!!

I wouldn’t give your packers a chance in hell if Seattle running backs were healthy but they catching big break with how banged up Seattle is. Usually shotty 3 yards and cloud of dust offense be a terrible matchup for pack. I don’t buy lynch can carry the run game load tho.

I think this Game actually sets up beautifully to play packers 1st half then come back on Seattle at halftime. Packers do great early on script, lafluer seems to have a pretty good ability to watch film and come up with a script that takes advantage of opposing defenses. Problem is when those teams make adjustments to what he doing they have no counterpunch and usually left hanging on for dear life in second half!

Seattle sets up perfect for them to take early lead cause shotty is conservative as it gets early in games. He rarely lets Russ take games over till he has no choice when they trailing in second half. Long as pack can stop the early down runs that sure to happen their pass rush should have success vs Seattle banged up o-line.

But the Vikings DLine wrecked havoc on a good Saints Oline in that game. If they pressure Garoppolo like that they can win.

Zimmer straight up outclassed Peyton. Feel like I made a mistake ignoring that, thought being down those corners would be too much but Zimmer also has a track record getting a lot out of average secondary players. That said shanny is worlds better than Peyton at play design and calling imo. No chance some move like Zimmer made vs saints putting his pass rushers in the middle will perplex shanny imo. This niner team has so many ways to beat you.

I have no clue how you convince yourself of this? I like most the favs but I promise it has nothing to do with last week. If you flip a quarter and it lands on heads 6x in a row do you think the chances your next flip is tails are any greater? Same with red/black on roulette wheel except it not 50/50 thanks to those pesky green 0s.

Wow, Vikings upset? The Vikings have the worst offensive line in these playoffs and SF is getting back their starting defensive end, their best linebacker and a starting safety. Look at SF’s first 9 games to get a sense of what their full defense can do. The weather will be in the low 50’s, some wind and a 40% chance of rain— not exactly dome weather, Lakerboy. If you like the Vikings take them in the first half.
