I blame Coinbase for always being in this position.

Every single time I get a payout and transfer to them I have to wait a couple hours or more while it's pending and maybe it's just bad luck but during that time frame Bitcoin starts dropping.

So then when it's finally approved I wait for the price to go back up and it never does or at least not anytime soon.

Guys I'm not exaggerating this happens every single time I get a payout.

I really take exceptions to bitcoin maximalist statements such as these. There is literally nothing special about bitcoin itself. It's the underlying blockchain concept that's revolutionary and that's not something that's unique to bitcoin- all other cryptocurrencies have it as well. Bitcoin just happened to be the first and that's truly where it's current "value" comes from.

Bitcoin definitely has the name recognition that keeps it number one. The other thing that really helps is that it's the safest because of it's simplicity compared to the coins that have followed.

I might be able to help you a bit with this.

As soon a it hits your personal wallet from the book, resend it on to Coinbase immediately before any confirmations and make sure you set a miner fee that is equal to double what is required for a next block inclusion.

The miner who picks up that transaction will also have to confirm the book's send to your wallet at the same time.

This makes sure that whatever fee the book used, you get in the next block processed.

If you are on top of it, you should own your bitcoin for no more than about 20 mins each time.

It was 8 minutes total from book to my wallet to my exchange to having it sold off for fiat last week for me.


There are a bunch of apps for your phone that will alert you instantly a new transaction happens in your wallet. That can be helpful if you are out n about and cant be sweating on it.

It's sampling error, I called it the last time it went to 9400, retesting, I wouldn't worry

The market is up. It will run one last time and BTC will sputter. But once people realize that the market is running because of the joke bond markets worldwise, BTC explodes.

Ya, Coinbase requires 6 confirmations which is ridiculous. I doubt you're in the US or I'd say give Cash App a try to sell, they only take 1 confirmation IIRC.
