i am still building positions so i am actually hoping for bigger drops. i hope that does not offend people. i have 35% of my nut in there so i need to get at least another 35% in but won't do it at these levels. i need significant drops to keep building the positions.

everything is a matter of where you are in life. i am probably at minimum 16Y from retirement. if i was 16 mos from retirement i would be freaking out right now and rooting for up days every day.

How does that fight coronavirus? That's going to make people travel, go to restaurants and stores, etc? No. If people stay home it's not because they don't have the money to do stuff, it's that they think they're gonna die.

He went from probably 80% last week to 100% after crushing Michigan. Bernie was a much bigger long-term threat to the markets than Coronavirus. We will see how the rest of the week plays out.

Fiscal stimulus works when people want to go out and spend but don't have money. Here, people generally have money but will not spend because they are literally afraid to go out.

Enabling people to take measures that will hell curb the outbreak makes sense. Meaning paid leave for those who cant work. A payroll tax holiday when those in need will miss payroll is stupid.

Addressing the problem makes sense. The approach we've heard so far is akin to tossing dollar Bill's in the air and hoping it will help, and it wont. Be smart.

IE— if you miss your vacation this year, you’re not going to necessarily double-up on vacations next year.

These types of people spend most of their money and they still will even if they are sitting at home. A payroll tax cut is like a direct injection of money into the economy.

I think it’s safe to say if people start losing their jobs, or if people need medical leave, etc, there will be additional fiscal stimulus.

There aren’t waves of layoffs at this point, Chico. I said it’s a good start and if things get worse to expect more and more targeted fiscal stimulus.
