There was a day there were a great group of contributors offering great ideas/insights. That has clearly waned dramatically.

Our author seems committed to jump starting this dying trend.

Whoever is still out there trolling, whatever. Here's my challenge. Give us your most disappointing holding(s), that you have a strong confliction they have a strong future.

I'll start with:

LAC. GM backed Lithium mining. Thacker Pass. Waiting to double.

I'm very much interested in Gene/DNA therapy and Quantum.

DNA. Well backed and well beaten. Been on a slow climb last couple months.

CRSP. The future. DNA/Gene manipulation is coming. Once they merge Quantum power with healthcare this arena is just waiting to explode.

QaaS. Quantum computing in the cloud. This will be years before it hits your desktop but allowing companies the Quantum power without the need for the actual hardware. Freight Train coming right at you.

Keep your eye on Uranium and SMR. Gave this out as well with Quantum. Just worried that at some point it's already overplayed.

Gold and SLV up 100%. I've stuck with miners ALB. Traded them for years, but when they hit 50ish I jumped in big and think I recommended here.

I'm heavy on my Bitcoin funds as well as Metals. I'm playing it with the assumption that:
*Gold will rise slowly.
*I expect Silver/Platinum/Uranium/Copper to rise FASTER (than Gold).

LAC is in my portfolio. I'm bullish on Lithium/Uranium/Platinum.

Gold is doing well. I expect Ag/Cu/Li/U/Pt to rise even faster.

REITs have been kind to me over the past few years, but they've been getting crushed over the past six weeks.

Nash, I respect your opinion. Take a close look at what you said. And think about what might have changed.

I see so many videos on Commercial Real Estate being in trouble. That valuation has potential to come in well below 100-cents on the Dollar.

Back in this threads hayday I did VERY well with MARA/RIOT, NVIDEA, etc. Moved onto Uranium and tried to introduce everyone to Quantum, 2 or 3 years ago. IONQ, RGTI, DWAVE, circa $2-$4.

Have been full of exciting profitable ideas the last 5/6 years. Quite frankly I'm devoid of any new exciting things currently. Miss our old crew.

Thx, Mad. I'll keep it in mind. Told you that I'm bullish on metals. Holding a nice mix of: Ag/Cu/U/Pt/Li. I have a small amount of Gold, but I think the other metals will outpace Gold.
