Did ODDSMAKER.com make a poor decision regarding this complaint?

I have read almost every thread on the forums about this dispute and not to often do we see such an overwhelming majority one-sided opinion. I hope we soon get past any personal grudges and focus on the dispute, because no matter what has transpired outside the book/player disagreement at hand, [the anger, site arguing, dissension and/or finger pointing], we ultimately have a legitimate dispute to handle and review which really needs to be the focus of our energy and time.
