Did ODDSMAKER.com make a poor decision regarding this complaint?

It seemed to me that the timing of that article was bound to throw a spanner in the works of any 'impartial' investigation, simply because he was stranded at that point and it was made to look by the other side that the whole thing was political.

Obviously this in no way defends Kenny or the book for this very obvious case of theft.

Seems over time, they all got swept under the table.

I will say this, it is very apparent most of the E.O.Gs regular posters were not HAPPY with The Shrinks decision and are letting him know loud and fvckin clear, kudos to them.

Their Mods are taking a beating, careers may end when the full fallout comes to pass.

Some highly respected industry guys like J.C have chimmed in, this along with what seems to be 90% of all forum posters disagreeing with this decision, may have Ken rattled.

This is out and out Highway Robbery and everyone should revolt and refuse to go to EOG...They Banners should come down at every site that flies them and they should be blacklisted at every site.. Forums and posters need to take a stand and only refquent forums who fly Quality books and actually try and do good for this Industry. There is no amount of explaining that can justify what Oddsmaker has done and even a reversal of the decision by Ken should not change anyone else's mind as He will make decisions like this again. Are there any recent reports of any legitimate pay outs from them??? I have not seen any... If so shouldnt they be considered for an F ranking and hopefully this black lists them all together? I have seen people report pay outs from D books so Oddsmaker should definitely be separated from the bunch if they do not have any legitimate pay outs recently.

Big Daddy..... I thought that then as I do now, but our hands were tied in that case..... I can't talk about the Particulars of that case....I do believe he should have been paid in full and stated so behind the scenes back then... but once the player agrees to a settlement (whether it be in Full or a partial payment) and agrees not to talk about it on the forums then your hands are tied and any leverage is gone .... In that Case I do believe Ken got as much money for the player as possible in that case after getting involved late in the situation.....

Yes.. The spinning is totally out of control and they are trying to back out of a field full of land mines without losing a Limb.. Their is no way you can spin this to look good and thinking the posting community is stupid is not a good tactic.... Usually in many disputes do you rarely see 95% of the posters at several different forums for one side or the other... that tells you the extent of this robbery...
