I totally agree with this. Honestly feel like Sooners would have been a much bigger headache for bama as it well known Saban has great disdain for the spread hurry up offenses. There a reason he always bitching about that style, it cause his defenses don't defend it well..on the other hand as you mentioned nobody plays smash mouth against this defense with NFL talent at every level and has success. Really don't see there being much difference here, uga will struggle mightily to score/move the football and think the difference in this game will be hurts running around, as much as I prefer a qb who can throw I actually think hurts legs be the one thing that gives either defense problems.
