I was looking at this at one point. Are they others like it? I was looking at 8% dividend paid in coin in the early investment phase as well as bonus tokens for early phase investment.

I came across that about a month ago through reasearch of another ico.

I dont think there is anything else like it. The ico is based out of Dubai. I do not know much about it, however I have been to Dubai more times than I can remember. The one thing about Dubai, is they “have to be the best”. Yes they are flashy, tons of oil money floating around, trendy shit everywhere...do they have the brightest ideas? Not always...I only know enough about real estate to get me into trouble and I know nothing about crowdfund Real estate.

For what it’s worth, if you feel comfortable with it, throw a few bucks at it. See what happens. Crypto is in infancy stages...

I just dumped my ADA. Only had a few hundred bucks worth and I just didnt feel like it was going to grow into anything special for me long term, I could be wrong, but that is just me.

Took the ADA and swapped it out for ZRX and UBEX.

My take on Stellar (XLM) ... (if anyone is interested):

I've had Stellar bags since I bought some during the December rush and paid too much for it. It has been sitting on Binance for the last 6 months. A few days ago, I bought more @ 23¢ to dollar average down and transferred everything to a Ledger Nano S. My current dollar avg price is now at 36¢. XLM is up 50% over the last week and now sits at 29¢.
So, I went from having bags to something that should be able to hit 36¢ again some day and where I can at least break even. Dollar averaging works, folks. If you've got the pockets, you can buy your way out of many situations - might take a while, but don't give up so easy.....

Still don't know that much about Stellar other than they are partnered with IBM and have a Ripple connection. Might keep it long term, might sell it. I will say, using the Ledger with Stellar was pretty dang easy. Stellar has a very slick wallet, toolkit and block explorer - very professional looking....
