Nothing should be forced. A smart business person wants differing views. I don't want just men or women, young or old. I want to get a cross section of opinions so I can gauge the pulse of society. The oil field for instance was a very male dominant industry (it still is) but woman have given us ideas that have been groundbreaking in the field. Drill bit technology is very advanced, it's not just a piece of metal on the end of a drill. The technology is remarkable. Drill bit performance has increased with more women in the field. Why? I think because we have more opinions on how things should work, which is not only a good thing but profitable.
