I just said the same thing. It's one of the worst coaching decisions you'll ever see in game. You can't possibly make a dumber decision as a coach. You decide to take the chance of keeping it a 3 possession game instead of making it a 2 possession game and giving you a chance.

BG should be covering this game easily. How many tds have they dropped? 3-4

Powell that was awful coaching. The fake punt was embarrassing but I didn't understand down 18 with the whole 4th quarter left why you don't kick the field goal. I mean they needed 3 scores. Not getting any points there basically ended the game. Guy is a fukin idiot

After seeing that it was pretty evident why that team only has 1 win, other than the fact that I haven't witnessed a more embarrassing defense in my life

Lines starting to loosen up a little bit for me. I'm not adapting as much as the books are and we're left with a lot of gaps. I love my Arky State play but I'm also mulling over a couple dogs (Iowa State and UCLA). Need to get something started tonight

Def gonna play Iowa State. Line value + massive casualities for OU. Stoops said this week he can't remember a team he's had ever being more banged up and thin. Out of the 4 projected DL starters at start of year, NONE of those guys will play tonight. Perine is ? and not 100% for sure and Mixon is suspended. Think OU will definitely come crashing back to earth soon on that DL if they can't get healthy soon and why not fade them on a short week here

Why LSU Powell? bama imo is going to take them to the wood shed. They are one dimensional and that is going against Bamas #1 strength on defense. I think this will be a burial especially with all the trash talk those clowns from LSU are sending out.

Miami -3 (-110) $440 to win $400

Like Miami getting healthier with Redwine and Thomas. Pittsburgh's secondary has been swiss cheese this year partially due to CB's Motley and Maddox being out the past 1-2 games. They burned the RS off a true frosh last week in the VT game. Pitt gives up a lot of points to everyone. Outside of 7 points to Villanova, the least they've given up is 27 to Marshall. Outside of that game, they've given up 30+ to everyone. Miami has the personnel to destroy them through the air. Pitt being a run first team will cause some issues for Miami up front, but with another week of getting healthy up front, I think they'll be able to perform better. They're allowing under 4 YPC on the season so I think they should be able to put up a respectable performance.

People wrote LSU off way too soon this season. The MSU game was an easy win until MSU started scoring like crazy late to make it a 3 point game. Next week they lose at Auburn in a game where they averaged 6.9 YPC. Like, how do you score 13 points if you average 6.9 YPC? That game was crazy because 5 FG's were made inside of 30 yards (3 for Auburn and 2 for LSU). The difference in that game was 3rd down which can be very fickle. Auburn was 42% and LSU was 31%. The game was extremely close and could have went either way. So, Miles is fired and the assumption is that the season is over because they already have 2 losses 4 games into the season. They blow out Missouri and an OOC scrub, no problem. They get a decent Ole Miss team at home and beat the brakes off them, easily covering 8.5 points (I was on Ole Miss there). I have LSU within 3 points of where I opened them at this season and I feel like that is correct. They haven't given me a reason to doubt them outside of that first game fiasco at Wisconsin which doesn't look so bad now either.

Looking back on it, Alabama has played 2 teams worth talking about (USC wasn't very early in the season and Tenny seems fishy now as well). They won at Ole Miss but it wasn't without a lot of struggle in a game that I GUARANTEE you Alabama was fired up for after losing 2 straight years to them. You can say Ole Miss scored 2 late TD's and made the game look much closer but I'll raise you one and say they were down 11 with 6 mins left and driving before a pick six screwed them. It was a 4 point game early in the 4th quarter. Hurts looked really bad throwing the ball and Kelly had a field day. They played an overrated Texas A&M team AT HOME and looked impressive no doubt. They shut down Knight throwing the ball completely and did pretty well against the ground game as well. Hurts looked better throwing for 6.6 YPA which isn't bad (not great though) but he did have 2 picks.

Long story short, Bama relies on a ton on running the football to win these games and they've been able to do that so far but LSU is STILL extremely stout on both lines. They run the ball extremely well (not enough alone to beat Bama but still) and they stuff the run as well. Bama is the better team but they both have similar styles and that is pound the rock until the opponent breaks. When that fails, you'll get a boring game in the 40's where the team with more fire will have a huge edge. The team with more fire WILL be LSU. They've been beaten 5 straight by Bama and have a shot at salvaging the season by playing in the SEC title game with a win here (both teams would have 1 SEC loss)

You're watching a good ole MAC fix job in this game. I took Miami OH last night at +4 and am on CMU +6 as well. However, CMU already has a personal foul where there was no wrong doing (they still got the first after) and then a false start on 3rd and short where I rewound it and not ONE lineman moved. Then on 3rd and 6 just now that was as much of a PI on the DB that you'll ever see in football and no call. Typical MAC shit, it's amazing how many of these lower crews get these MAC games and it's obvious someone gets to them.
