Well, the kid is obviously a dirtbag.

The fact he claims to have scouts at a game tells you he's full of shit.

So, you either give him bogus flight information, and we'll find out if he really sends you a limo....or you make up an excuse about why you're not going to Vegas (the wife found your CC information, etc.) and you just keep stringing him along.
