I have had williams pegged as a fraud for a while, If Pavlik didnt look so bad against hopkins this would be my boxing play of the year, hopkins makes everyone look bad so it doesn't worry me too much, still think williams getting tooled by quintina says a lot more about what kind of fighter he is even if he did win the rematch, I will probably be adding on to my play either way

Wow a fraud, I think williams is under rated. He just destroyed a tough Winky Wright, avenged his loss to Quintina by knocking him out in round 1 of the rematch, and also had a big win over Margarito in 2007. I guess we will see

Pavlik takes this, IMO. I wouldn't say that Williams is a fraud, but he's merely a B/B+ kinda fighter who's had it easy thanks to his huge reach and height advantage. He'll have neither against Pavlik. Williams will have his moments, mostly cause Pavlik tends to be a stationary target, but he'll end up getting hurt bad by his opponent's power.

watched the quigley fight again and boy did I get worked over by the judges, his opp was a poster boy for the espn boxing show The Contender so ofcourse they award him the split decision

I would lean valuev but going to pass on taking either fighter, the over 10.5 rounds is a strong play imo

i took a very small flyer on valuev by ko. if he can get his jab going i'm hoping haye gases. i can see a very late ko by valuev if he has a better work rate than against holy.

yeah at +345 that might be the best bet, I will probably hedge just a bit on a valuev ko in the 10th,11th or 12 th round, all at around 31/1
