Personally made a list of positive v negative for change around 3 months when i was living a crappy lifestyle full of unwise choices and wasnt til i saw the list on the negative side outweighed the positive around 10 to 1 that it actually hit me.

Since then life has been alot more fulfilling but thats just my story...
