No mystery here. As evidence in the video she is in the throws of a manic-psychotic episode, specifically paranoid delusions someone is after her, trying to kill her, steal her thoughts, you name it. This is why she hits all the elevator buttons, looking around the corner, etc. She likely hid in the water tank trying to escape whoever she thought was after her. It is not uncommon to hear stories about psychotic patients having unusual feats of strength. Case closed.Comment -

Drugs and mental illness with this chick. She was bugging out and paranoid in that vid, clearly tripping out in the elevator.. She probably climbed the tank and wanted to go for a swim while high and with her dead body bleeding out in to the water probably ruined the autopsy for drug indication.. Doors were open by chance in the stairways.. Naked because she knew it was water... Could be criminal by nature but I doubt it.. I rule out ghostly possession most likely..
However, I'm a believer of things that go bump in the night.. I have had way to many personal experiences of my own with this ghostly stuff.
True story no lie if we are talking about haunted Hotels, years ago a friend and I stayed at the Chelsea Hotel in New York when traveling in NY and coming back from a UK vacation. Rumors of many suicides, paranormal activities and ghostly reported incidents happening there.. I was like cool let's stay here.
Crashed out after a night out out on the town, asleep in the hotel suite and I here this scratching on the wall right by my ear.. I wake up and am like WTF.. Turn on the light and it goes away.. Wake up my friend sleeping across the room and tell him whats up.. That's how trippy that scratching noise was.. Right by my ear.. My bro is like what ever and goes back to sleep.. I brush it off and go back to sleep as well.. Same thing happens 10 minutes later.. I wake up my homey sound asleep across the room but this time the scratching keeps going. I tell you it was right on the face of the wall and clearly loud scratching noises but nothing was there scratching. Couldn't be explained. We both were tripping out and just like this is crazy.. Happens all thru the night..
Next morning ,That's when I decided to talk with hotel employees and ask about strange experiences happening at night.. Many of the hotel employees told me it happens all the time but is harmless in nature.. You get use to it.. I was like really?.. Ok..
I wasn't scared or anything but just curious.. I like to debunk things but this could not be debunked.. Boooo Bitcheees!!! Things do go bump in the night.. That is just one of many paranormal experiences in my life time.. Seems I have knack for running into this kind of stuff often.. That's what I thought originally, mice or rats in the wall. I've delt with rats and squirrels in the walls before and those sounds.. This was not that or even a broken electrical wire in the wall..
It was absurd I tell.. Kept me up all night, had my face against it trying to listen. LOUD, right on the face of the wall.. I ran my own finger nails down the face of the wall and it was the exact same loud noise.. Like I said I try to debunk things always.. The door was left ajar by a worker or maybe the door just didn't latch completely shut when last opened.. It happens all the time in Hotels and Apartment buildings.. That's why she gained access..

lol, ebe its a fukin apartment building not fort knox, how about the maitnence guy that likes to smoke a spliff during work hours and after so many years he rigged/wedged/proped the door to open without a key because he couldn't be bothered, also they cut a hole in the tank to drain the water and get the body out, not because they couldn't lift the lid, otherwise how the fuk they look in and see her? clearly she was pshycotic and it is known for those people to do things beyond the strength of a normal functioning brain that senses pain or potential self harm
