Good point, Kermit. I had totally forgotten that Foles was an Eagle just last year.

You know now that you brought it up....Foles, Maclin, & McCoy all had stellar debuts for their new teams. In fact, all led their respective new teams to opening day victories.

Interesting stuff!!

I remember in 2013 he had like 27 TD and like only 2 interceptions in 13 games with a few rushing TD's. Last year was kind of shitty due to an injured shoulder.

Not totally sold on him yet, happy to be proven wrong.

He's on the right team though, Rams are solid.

They'll get Mason and Gurley too.

McCoy and his 17 for 41 line was real amazing. That's a 2.41 ypc average. Maclin and his 11M with that 5-52 really tore it up as well. Damn man.

Reason eagles let him go was because he doesnt fit the Offense. I like him when he was here but they werent going to win anything with him. Eagles O needs at least a semi mobile QB and Foles is not that. I know he rushed for a TD but that will be the only one you see from him. Shady and Maclin were avg. mccoy still looks good but maclin is in WR hell. Foles isnt as good as his first year but not as bad as last year he is somewhere in between.

Nick had a phenomenal year in 2013
Last year he got a very bad case of happy feet and seemed to lose his confidence, started not releasing the ball on time causing a lot of bad throws, sacks, etc.
Eagles fans were totally 50/50 for and against the trade of Foles.
We've seen him at his best ( 7 TD's vs Oakland) and a lot of his worst - 2014
If his confidence stay high, he's an all-pro, if he gets rattled he's average a best

Extremely rare to see an elite QB traded during his prime. It's simply unheard of.

He already went in 2013. He's got plenty of weapons and the defense will keep him in manageable situations.
