Nope. The thing is he has more upside than aldridge. Don't forget lamarcus has been around longer and done nothing in the playoffs. Anyways as a lakers fan I don't want cousins.

I would much rather have Cousins, too, he's better and about four years younger. They just want too much for him. The Lakers don't need to be trading away their young, cost controlled assets. It's not like they're going to win a championship this year anyway. Next year when Kobe comes off the books, they're going to bring in Durant.

Where would you rather play? For the Wizards, or the Lakers?

I thought they might look for a shooter.

                                      Maybe at #34.

I want Cousins or Love. Cousins contract is gold, only averages $16.4M for the next 3 years. That's huge.

If neither happens, then I want to go after Tobias Harris at SF while keeping the 3 young, cheap pieces in Russell, Randle, and Clarkson.

I'd rather have Aldridge go to the Spurs. He has a much better chance of raising his game under Pop and Duncan than he does with the current structure of the Lakers personnel and coaching.

Can't really do that until Kobe's off the books and player personnel has settled with some solid assets. Then the team can go hard after a big time guy who will both coach and assume full operational control. For the right fit, the job simply needs to become more attractive before that happens.

I'm not sure if having a coach that has control of everything is the way to go. It seems to rarely work out. Doc Rivers has been a terrible GM for the Clippers.

I'm hoping the Lakers snag Joseph Young here at #34.

I hear you, it's not ideal, but are you aware of just how dysfunctional things are between the Buss kids? Jim still has not his fulfilled his promise to resign and I can't say that I trust Jeanie that much either at this point. It's truly a disaster.

Jim still has not his fulfilled his promise to resign and I can't say that I trust Jeanie that much either at this point. It's truly a disaster.
Didn't Jim say he would resign in a couple of years? Either way it's part of the growing pains off not having direction. I want Jeannie in charge.

Yeah, I think Jim said if things aren't turned around by the end of 2016 (somewhere around there), he would resign.

I'd like to see Jeannie in charge, too.

There doesn't seem to be as much dysfunction now, I don't think anyway.

D'Angelo will lead us to the promised land.

Cousins is Derrick Coleman. Talent doesn't = wins and attitude is awful and carries over to other members of the team.
