I wanted to take Atlanta and then San Jose, but the horse race unlocked with like 3 seconds before the 7 PM lock and I couldn't get it in.

Instead, I took Minnesota at 8, and the morons in charge had Pittsburgh/San Jose lock 5 minutes early, preventing me from taking San Jose.
