#2710Rocket, I live in Texas.
I'm more of an NBA guy.
Maybe the Yotes win, but Nino would probably know a lot more about that than I.Comment -

Yield is what it should pay per period, usually per year. YTD return is what you've earned since January 1.
So more appropriate question would be what our YTD return.
In our case, since we started in Oct the 12th, we made a total profit of $4,759 on $80,000 invested in 2 months...that number represents an almost 6% return on all the money invested.Comment -

#2725If you are talking stocks, yield is the dividend or the profits that a company hands over directly to shareholders. It is usually expressed as a percentage of share price. Typically a large, well established company will have a yield of about 2% or sometimes much higher. Year to date return is the total return (usually expressed in percentage points) generated from a stock's dividend yield and its share appreciation.
Yield is what it should pay per period, usually per year. YTD return is what you've earned since January 1.

As you speak in the "we" term. Do operate you as a team?
You speak of an investment of $80.000, but in reality this is the total sum risked? Most of your bets seem to involve around $2.000 per week? It is not that a follower has to have the funds of $80.000, inorder to have the same winnings?
What tips would you give to someone like me who is new and willing to follow succesful tippers in order to make some extra cash?Comment -

#2726Thanks for the explaination. It's clear that I'm a newbie.
As you speak in the "we" term. Do operate you as a team? we as a group (myself and everyone else who follows my picks in this thread)
You speak of an investment of $80.000, but in reality this is the total sum risked? Most of your bets seem to involve around $2.000 per week? It is not that a follower has to have the funds of $80.000, inorder to have the same winnings? Yes, 80K represents a sum of all the bets that I've made during the last 2 months. I usually bet between 1K-2.5 per day not per week. You don't have to have 80K...I started this thread with a bankroll of 1 thousand to make my initial investment...that 1 thousand is not included in the overall profit.
What tips would you give to someone like me who is new and willing to follow succesful tippers in order to make some extra cash? Study the game, watch as many games as you can, read about players, follow injury reports, look at overall team/players performances during the past week, 2 weeks and so on. Stick to one or two sportsComment -
