Today they're projected to be an 11 seed... They could beat Pitt then lose to Florida... I don't think Akron will make a sweet 16.

Personally I think St Louis, Iowa st, La Salle, or even Oklahoma all have better chances to make the sweet 16 as underdogs.

i heard other day slu was projected as like a 4 seed so not really a underdog to make sweet 16... really not sure how anyone can decide when teams are gonna go out before seeing the bracket cause depending on matchups there a shitload of teams that could make the sweet 16...

They can be real good. I have seen them play really immature and make bonehead decisions as well. They geta bad matchup against a slow paced team, disciplined like Virginia or team X, they won't get out of the first round. Would love to see them play well in the tourney, they are fun to watch and could be trouble city!

This team is LEGIT. The best shot blocker in the ncaa, who can also score the ball on offense. To go with treadwell who is as athletic as anyone and a PG whose a good facilitater. Sign me up for sweet 16!
