About a year after I started this thread, I realized that Vegas was not the place I wanted to be to grind out a living gambling.
I can do that from the comfort of my home.
I treat Vegas now, like the place I go all in or go home. I'm trying to win $1000000 when I go to Vegas now.

It takes a special kind of gambler to play all day long and manage your money properly, while trying to make as few mistakes as possible.

The shitty job....i got that covered 2x & the gambling, I can do that online.
Drinking for free all day is definately exclusive to Vegas.(+ev)

I've completely abandoned all rational money management on the past 4 trips & with the exception of poker, I've picked sports at 40% & my win percentage at BJ is probably 41%.

I'd need 3 shitty jobs to sustain this type of variance.

The new younger crowd like DLow & Sammy L are going to take over the throne & us old guys are gonna hope they learned a thing or two from this thread.

I think Vegas is taking this first game and professional money falls in game 1.

Here's what I have...

For Philly/Pitt I see just about a Pick em game. In fact, the raw score gives Philly a slight edge. Seem like value sits in the dog but value doesn't always win.

For Minny/Winnipeg I have Winnipeg with a slight raw score moneyline edge. For both these games the public seems to have overbought the favorites, including the puck lines.

But in the LA Vegas match I have LA winning by two goals. Here I think the public likes the LA puck line but the public likes the Vegas moneyline.

The money should land a bit split for the day by way of the forecast. For this reason, I think the early games will split, at the very least, puck lines. Both favs could still win, one just covers.

But if both games go one way or the other, particularly with puck lines, then the night game gets interesting.

Of course we should see a misleading score in the one of the first games.

It's very tough to get the three pick parlay today, it's tempting to take all the favorites on the moneyline and start there.
